Who we are

At The Psych Clinic, we believe that healing starts with honesty — the kind that cuts through jargon and gets to what really matters.
Since 2021, we’ve been helping people reclaim their sense of purpose, calm, and confidence through practical, evidence-based psychology.

Founded as a small, local practice, The Psych Clinic began with a simple goal: to make quality mental health care more human — less clinical, more connected. After years of working face-to-face, we transitioned fully online in 2024, continuing to offer the same level of care and confidentiality through secure telehealth sessions.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work with you to build the tools and mindset for lasting change — not quick fixes.

Who I am

I’m a registered psychologist and the founder of The Psych Clinic, providing telehealth psychology services to people living in rural, regional, and remote Australia.

I have a strong interest in working with people who have felt misunderstood, overlooked, or poorly supported within systems—whether that’s healthcare, workplaces, or broader institutions. My approach is practical, ethical, and evidence-based, with a focus on helping people make sense of their experiences and develop tools they can actually use in everyday life.

I understand the realities of life outside major cities, including isolation, limited access to services, and the pressure to “just get on with it.” Through telehealth, I aim to reduce barriers to care and offer support that is accessible, respectful, and grounded in real-world challenges.

I work collaboratively, valuing honesty, autonomy, and clarity. My goal is not to label or pathologise, but to help people build understanding, resilience, and confidence to move forward in a way that aligns with their values.
